Dana opens heavy-duty product development centre
TOLEDO, Ohio, (May 8, 2000) — Dana Corp officially opened the doors of its state-of-the-art technology centre for heavy-truck systems research and development in Kalamazoo, Mich., on Friday.
Dana’s Heavy Truck Technology Center is the worldwide office and research and development facility for Dana’s Spicer Heavy Axle and Brake Division, which supplies a complete line of axle and brake components for heavy- and medium-duty commercial trucks and buses.
The 154,000 square-foot facility is located on 28 acres in The Groves, an education, business, and technology park.
