TORONTO, Ont. — Winners from last year’s Canadian Food Industry Truck Driving Championship say they want to return this September and defend their titles.

“It’s always been a tough competition, some of Canada’s most talented drivers will be at the championship” says Murray Flanagan, Chair of the 2002 Planning Committee. “I feel it’s a great way for drivers to challenge themselves while at the same time have fun.”.

This year, the event is being held on Sept. 6-7, at the Toronto Congress Centre.

The Planning Committee invites all members of the food industry involved in transportation to participate in the 12th annual event.
