FORT ERIE, Ont. — The Buffalo and Fort Erie Bridge Authority will hold its first series of public talks to review the idea of expanding the Peace Bridge.

Set for Aug. 21 and 22, the meetings will allow the public a chance to learn more about the international endeavor — including the bi-national integrated environmental process.

While meetings will take place on either side of the border, the Canadian gathering is slated for Aug. 21 from 5 p.m. to 7, at the Fort Erie Leisureplex in the Lion’s Banquet Hall.

“We are embarking on a new day, a new journey, a new path,” says Vincent Lamb, project manager.
