Freightliner names VP of sales
PORTLAND, Ore. (March 13, 2003) — Alex Bernasconi has been named vice president of sales for Freightliner Trucks.
Bernasconi will oversee heavy and medium-duty truck sales initiatives for Freightliner Trucks. Reporting to him will be Freightliner Trucks’ four U.S. regional sales offices, the Canada sales operation, and the Business Class M2 and Vocational Sales group, the company said. He will report to Mark Lampert, senior vice-president, sales and marketing, for Freightliner Trucks.
Bernasconi most recently served as general manager of Freightliner Trucks’ western sales region.
