Holland names new top execs

HOLLAND, Mich. (July 30, 2004) — The Holland Group has announced management changes approved by the Board of Directors at their recent meeting.

The manufacturer of commercial vehicle products has appointed Richard W. Muzzy, Jr. as chairman of the board of directors. In addition Muzzy, formerly president, retains the position of CEO.

Samuel A. Martin, formerly executive vice-president, now assumes the position of president and chief administrative officer. Martin began his career with Holland Hitch Company, the predecessor of the Holland Group in 1974 as a metallurgical engineer.
