ICBC COMPLAINTS ON THE RISE

Avatar photo

LANGLEY, B.C. – The British Columbia Trucking Association (BCTA) has been receiving more complaints than usual about Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) enforcement officers.

In response, the BCTA is encouraging carriers to come forward with any complaints they have, so this problem can be properly addressed with the ICBC.

Carriers who have experienced problems with ICBC enforcement staff, are encouraged to share the details with BCTA director of policy and communications, Louise Yako, at 800-565-2282.

All information will be confidential, and no names will be provided to the ICBC.
