Keep that pull bar under control

HALIFAX, N.S. — Like the one missing sock after you do laundry, pull bars have been known mysteriously vanish into the ether on a long, or even not so long, run.

The only difference is when a sock goes missing it does absolutely no damage; a pull bar, however, that comes rattling off a rig in traffic could potentially take a life. And that’s to say nothing of the problems the driver will face if they a force to drop their trailer at the next stop.

An East Coast firm now says it has solved the dilemma of disappearing pull bars.

“Our Release Pull Bar Holster is a holding device which mounts to the side of any truck frame and provides safe and proper storage of the release bar with an anti-rattle, anti-theft, convenient design,” says David Keefe, president of D N A Enterprises.
