Kemptville dealer tops International’s list
KEMPTVILLE, Ont. (July 6, 2004) — International Truck and Engine has named Kemptville Truck Centre its top North American dealer under the company’s Diamond Standards program.
The program evaluates individual dealer facilities to help them reach higher levels of performance in the marketplace. Scores are based on compliance with International’s requirements for quality of facilities, dealership procedures, internal infrastructure, and on their performance against key business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Kemptville Truck Centre, which operates four additional dealer branches in eastern Ontario (Ottawa, Kingston, Brockville, and Cornwall), set the standard for all International dealers in North America by achieving a near perfect score of 95.04 out of 100.
