Kenworth offers parts and service info via e-mail
KIRKLAND, Wash. (May 15, 2000) — Kenworth Truck Co. will deliver parts and service announcements to customers via e-mail.
Customers can sign up for the automated service at www.paccar.com/kwparts. Click on the “Register Now” button in the left-hand margin to access the e-mail registration link. Registered customers will be notified via e-mail as new Kenworth parts and service offers are announced.
In the future, customers will receive offers based on the truck they drive and the product information they request in their profiles, the company said. Profiles can be updated by customers as needs change and trucks are bought or sold.
