Mack Opens Two New Canadian Facilities

GREENSBORO, NCMack Trucks has expanded its Canadian network with two new facilities in Quebec and Saskatchewan.

“Mack’s customers reap the benefits of maximum vehicle uptime and increased ROI because of the ongoing investments throughout our dealer network,” said Stephen Roy, president, Mack Trucks North American Sales & Marketing.

Mack Laval – Laval, QC

Mack has moved its Anjou, QC dealership, Camions Lourds de Montreal to a facility near Montreal. Mack Laval has easy access from major routes AR-440 and AR-25.

The 19,000 sq.-ft. facility has 14 service bays manned by 14 technicians and a 3,500 sq.-ft. parts warehouse, overhead crane, lube pit and high-tech lube system and is equipped to service alternative fuel vehicles.

Redhead Equipment – Regina, SK

On June 4, Redhead Equipment opened the doors to its new 117,000 sq.-ft. facility Regina, SK, located between Emerald Park and the City of Regina on Highway 1 East.

The truck service centre is staffed by 15 Mack technicians and features 27 bays, including wash and welding bays, a lube pit, overhead crane and truck lifting system.

Since 2010, Mack dealers have invested $380 million, which the company claims has led to more bay capacity, Mack Master Technicians, available spare parts, hours for service and parts department employees.
