MARK IV promotes new president

TORONTO, Ont. — MARK IV Industries Ltd. named Martin Capper the president of the IVHS Division.

Capper, who has been with the company for nine years, was formerly the executive vice-president of the IVHS Division.

“We’re enthused about the future of the IVHS Division with Martin at the helm,” said Bill Montague, President of MARK IV Industries Inc., the parent company of MARK IV Industries Ltd.

“Martin’s leadership has been invaluable as the IVHS Division has become the continent’s leader in developing and deploying electronic toll collection technology.”

Capper joined the company in 1989 and has served as the executive vice president of the IVHS Division since 1997.
