MTA names new directors for ’04/05

WINNIPEG, (March 11, 2004) — The Manitoba Trucking Association has elected Vic Switzer of Portage Cartage & Storage president of its board of directors for 2004/2005.

Other newly elected directors and officers are as follows:

Clayton Gording of Reimer Express was named first vice-president; and Earl Coleman of Big Freight Systems was elected second vice-president of the board. The past president was Bob Senkow of Porter Trucking.

Dennis Clarke of Gardewine North, Winnipeg Motor Express’ Brian Page, and Kirk Warren of Custom Transport were all named executive committee members.
