LONG CREEK, N.B. — The Long Creek weigh station through a little extra enforcement at truck drivers this week; the station had it’s first emissions testing.

The New Brunswick Lung Association teamed with the federal and provincial governments and held the province’s first heavy-duty truck emissions testing on Monday and Tuesday.

The voluntary emissions clinic was held to raise awareness to air pollution and how it affects New Brunswickers. The station is located 25 kilometres west of Fredericton.
