Navistar names 2007 Circle of Excellence dealers
WARRENVILLE, Ill. — Navistar, parent company of the International brand of trucks, engines and school buses, has announced the winners of the 28th Annual Circle of Excellence dealer awards. Circle of Excellence honours International dealerships that achieve the highest level of dealer performance in terms of operating and financial standards, market representation, and most importantly, customer satisfaction. This award is the highest honour an International dealer principal can achieve from the company.
“Circle of Excellence is an honour reserved for those dealer principals who are clearly committed to growing their businesses and being recognized by customers as the dealership of choice in their respective markets,” said John Whitnell, vice-president of dealer operations at Navistar. “This year, we honour 35 dealers who have achieved the highest performance standards for the preceding 12 months. These dealers are to be commended for their dedication and commitment to outstanding customer service, operational excellence and representation of the International brand.”
Canadian winners included:
-Carrier Truck Centre, Brantford, Ont.; Marvin Long, dealer principal;
-Centre Camion Beaudoin, Drummondville, Que.; Claude Hall, dealer principal;
-Glover International Trucks, Red Deer, Atla; Brad Glover, dealer principal;
-Kemptville Truck Centre, Kemptville, Ont.;
Gerald Tallman, dealer principal; and
-Lewis Motor Sales, Barrie, Ont.; Dale Lewis, dealer principal.
