Nguyen, Davis picked by Eaton

KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Eaton Corp. has filled two management positions in its Truck Components business unit.

George Nguyen is the new vice-president, general manager of the Heavy Duty Transmission Division, and Ken Davis is vice-president, general manager of the Clutch Division.

Nguyen joins Eaton from Honeywell International, formerly Allied Signal, where he most recently served as vice-president and general manager of the Aerospace Hardware Products Group. He spent 11 years with United Technologies’ Pratt and Whitney Division holding positions of increasing operating responsibility before moving to Allied Signal.

Davis has been associated with trucking throughout his career, and is a 15-year sales and marketing veteran of Eaton. He joined Eaton as a territory sales manager in Dallas, Texas for the Roadranger Field Marketing group in 1986, and progressed through several sales and marketing management positions, including his previous position as marketing manager, North America.
