Ontario man charged after rocking the boat

ARGENTIA, Nfld. — An Ontario man has been charged with assault, uttering threats and causing a disturbance when he reportedly suffered a case of “ferry rage.”

Gregory Power, 36, of Cambridge, Ont., was en route from North Sydney, N.S. to Argentia, Nfld. when the incident occurred.

RCMP officials say the accused had bothered other passengers and crew while in the ferry lounge, assaulted one passenger and threatened to kill a crew member when he was detained in handcuffs. No injuries were reported.
