Paccar Parts to offer Intra products (September 04, 2001)

TUKWILA, Wash. — The IntraUSA Group has reached an agreement to catalog and distribute its DC power management products to Kenworth and Peterbilt dealers throughout North America.

“Kenworth and Peterbilt have always been known as industry technology leaders,” says Tom Clevinger, general marketing manager for Paccar Parts. “These innovative Intra products hold great promise to keep our customers at the cutting edge of productivity.”

Aly Jetha, president and chief executive officer of the IntraUSA Group, reports that PACCAR Parts’ first “sizeable” order includes Intra’s Low-Voltage Disconnect (LVD) and Jump-Start Prevention Kit, adding that contract negotiations are ‘in the works’ with other major OEM parts divisions.

The agreement marks Intra’s first major OEM Parts contract.
