Pennzoil-Quaker State beefs up OEM sales team

HOUSTON, Tex. — To better serve all North American truck and engine manufacturers, Pennzoil-Quaker State has appointed Dan Arcy to the new position of director of OEM business development.

The announcement was made by Kevin Bryan, vice-president of commercial sales, who added Arcy is now responsible for Pennzoil Long-Life Heavy-Duty Engine Oil sales to all heavy-duty engine, truck and farm equipment manufacturers.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology from Iowa State University, Arcy joined Pennzoil in 1989 in the technical services group. Since 1997, when he was named product manager, he has been responsible for the testing, formulation and development of all Pennzoil-Quaker State Company heavy-duty engine oils.

Arcy is an SAE member and serves on the American Petroleum Institute’s Diesel Engine Oil Advisory Panel.
