PeopleNet names new COO
BURLINGTON, Ont. (June 25, 2003) — PeopleNet Communications, parent company of Burlington-based PeopleNet Canada, has named Ron Konezny chief operating officer. He will be responsible for all operations in the U.S. and Canada, effective immediately.
Konezny joined the company in 1995 as chief technology officer, and played an instrumental role in launching PeopleNet’s flagship product, the g2x Wireless Fleet Solution.
Konezny says one of his main priorities in his new role is increasing the company’s growing presence in Canada.
