Rocketman Chris Hadfield To Star at Toronto Transportation Club’s 100th

TORONTO—In the talk-showbiz world, it’s called a “Get.”

And in this case, the “Get” is Chris Hadfield; a certifiable Canadian hero and guaranteed audience magnet.

The Toronto Transportation Club has just announced that Hadfield– spacecraft commander, fighter pilot, overall cool guy and the only man to ever perform a David Bowie song live from outer space–will be the keynote speaker at the Club’s 100th Annual Dinner on Dec. 5, 2013, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Ticket sales will be limited to 1,200 people. Check prices and registration details here.
