CALGARY, ALta. –A West coast oilfield transportation company has a new owner.

ATK Oilfield Transportation Inc., which is headquartered in Calgary, has completed its acquisition of Streeper and Sons Trucking Ltd.

“The Streeper name is synonymous with the Northwest Canadian oilfield transportation industry. The Streeper family roots in Fort Nelson, British Columbia are in their third generation,” said Artie Kos, Chairman and CEO of ATK. “The support system available to our Northern B.C. Wonowon and Fort Nelson operations are greatly enhanced with the addition of John Streeper and his operations We welcome John and his team to ATK and are excited to further expand ATK’s business”.

ATK purchased the company, which was founded in 2003 with a mixture of cash and ATK common shares. ATK provides rig moving and specialized transportation services to exploration companies situated in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and the state of Texas,
