TORONTO, Ont. — The Truck News/Chevron charity golf tournament is fast approaching and slots are filling up. The tournament will be held June 5 at the prestigious Wooden Sticks Golf Club.

In addition to the golf tournament, the day will include lunch and dinner, a pre-game C.P.G.A. clinic and swing analysis, a putting contest, a beat the pro competition, free driving range practice time, a silent auction, a GPS for each foursome, prizes and much more.

The cost is only $895 per foursome or $230 per single golfer. All proceeds will go to the Canadian Center for Abuse Awareness (www.ccfaa.com), which was founded in 1993 to assist both children and adults affected by the life-long trauma of abuse and to educate the public about the detrimental role abuse plays in our society.

So come out and join us for a fun-filled day in support of a good cause. To register, contact Brenda Grant at 416-494-3333 or bgrant@istar.ca
