TransForce buys Japiro Transport

MONTREAL, Que. TransForce Inc. has reached a deal to add more than $10-million a year to its revenue by buying Japiro Transport Ltee, a small Quebec-based trucking company.

TransForce says the agreement will be completed by Saturday, March 23.

Japiro hauls freight within Quebec and will change its name to Transport Select when the purchase is completed.
