Truck World ’14: 300,000 sq. ft. of Trucks, Equipment, Tech

TORONTO, ON — Canada’s national truck show, Truck World, annually brings together hundreds of exhibitors to create 300, 000 sq. feet of trucks, equipment and technology serving the trucking industry.

This year, it’s set to take place at the International Center in Toronto, ON from April 10 to 12.

“Newcom’s focus is to build a great show for the industry so both exhibitors and visitors feel they got real value for their time and money,” said Joe Glionna, director of Truck World. “At Truck World, people can meet directly with hundreds of senior level professionals who have influence and authority to buy in just 3 days; that’s a good opportunity to network and maximize profit margins.”

Major truck manufacturers, such as Freightliner, International, Mack, Volvo, Western Star, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Hino and Caterpillar have thrown their support behind Truck World.

The event will include a recruitment pavilion where transport companies can recruit drivers, as well as hundreds of exhibitors, seminars and workshops.

The International Centre offers free parking for more than 5,000 vehicles and is only three minutes from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport. The facility is 15 minutes from downtown Toronto and there are 10,000 hotel rooms within minutes of the Centre.

Industry members may pre-register online at www.truckworld.ca for $10.00 until April 9th to receive a badge in the mail.  After that date and at the event, registration is $20.00.
