Volvo names Quebec Driver of the Year award winner

LEVIS, Que. — Gaetan Fiset, a professional driver for Transport Jacques Auger, was named the winner of the Volvo’s Quebec Driver of the Year Award.

The award was presented at the Quebec Trucking Association Congress.

Fiset has been driving for Transport Jacques Auger for close to 30 years. In his time there he has had no at-fault accidents,  with no responsible accident or spillage. He drives 145,000 km per year on paved, logging and ice roads in Quebec, Ontario, Maritimes and Labrador, his employer said.
