    WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced plans to further cut nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from on-highway trucks and engines. Known as the Cleaner Truck Initiative, a proposed rule is to be published in early 2020.
